Let's make a charcuterie board and drink wine together! Grazing To-Go’s Mother's Day Charcuterie Workshop will teach the skills you’ll need to create your own beautiful, swoon-worthy charcuterie board, as well as provide a super fun outing with your Mom, Aunt, Sister, Daughter or BFF! What could be better than cheese and wine! Here’s what’s included with your ticket:

- Professional instruction by Grazing To-Go’s owner, Paula.

- 1-2 charcuterie meats, 3-4 cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, cornichons, olives, preserves, honey & dipper, Mother's Day-themed garnishes, crackers and a sweet. Each board serves up to 4.

- A 10" round Acacia wood board with handle that’s yours to keep. Plus a box and packaging to take everything home.

- Instruction on how to create a salami rose, cut and style cheeses (including a provolone rose!), style fruit in unique ways, plus tips, tricks and guidance for styling your own beautiful board.

- Steps for planning, shopping, prepping and building a board at home for your next gathering.

- A glass of Barnello wine (additional glasses of wine will be available for purchase, as will bottles to take home at a 10% discount).

- A selection of amazing chocolates to take home to Mom (or keep for yourself, it's okay) from Portland Truffle Company

- Prizes!
