We create beautiful charcuterie with carefully-curated ingredients that are high-quality, intentional, flavorful and are arranged with awe-inducing style. In short, Grazing To-Go offers artisan charcuterie cups, boxes and boards for nearly any event – delivered.

All orders come with crackers and crunch, either served on the board or packaged separately. If gluten is not your friend, we've got you covered. We also offer a cracker/carb box add-on should you need more.

To ensure the highest quality, all ingredients are purchased and prepared as fresh as possible. We strongly recommend that products be consumed within 24 hours of delivery to maintain freshness. We also recommend that if you refrigerate your item overnight or for a lengthy period of time, that you remove dry ingredients (crackers, cookies, etc.) and cover it with a paper towel and plastic wrap to minimize moisture.

Yes, we know! But, rest assured, Grazing To-Go's pricing is in-line with the market and covers the time to curate and shop for the ingredients, prep the ingredients, create your beautiful board, package it and deliver it. Not to mention, it covers expensive items like charcuterie and cheese!

Serving sizes are based on appetizer portions, and the number of portions are listed next to each item. If you’re unsure, or have hearty eaters, size up based on the number in your party. You don’t want people going away hungry. Or hangry.

Delivery is FREE within a 10-mile radius of Wilsonville, Oregon 97070. For deliveries 11-20 miles from 97070, a $20.00 delivery fee will apply. For deliveries beyond this, please contact us.

72 hours’ notice is appreciated for all orders. If you’re in need of something sooner, and the calendar shows as booked, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate. We are people-pleasers!

Cancellations made 5 days prior to delivery will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 2-4 days prior to delivery will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 24-hours (1-day) prior to delivery will receive NO refund.

Cheese is best served after reaching room temperature. Keep your graze box/board in the refrigerator until 30 minutes prior to serving to allow everything to come to room temperature. After serving, refrigerate any leftovers and eat by the next day. (Our customers tell us that leftovers are quickly consumed!)

All orders come on a recyclable palm-leaf board with recyclable utensils to keep, recycle or use in some kind of craft project. All boxes are kraft and recyclable. Seasonal offerings may vary.

We love a real-wood board! Grazing To-Go offers real wood boards at an additional cost, depending on the size/type of board. Select this additional item when ordering. Or reach out for custom orders.
